graft (conceptual apparel brand) is a curation of sundry aesthetics and sciences. Cradle-to-cradle design embodies horticulture practices, art, science, and various disciplines to produce a holistic garment. Every garment is constructed with meticulous artistry and advanced technologies. We respect earth’s finite supply of resources, so we’re devoted to sourcing our materials sustainably, and manufacturing our garments with renewable energy and waste-less methods.

Moodboard
Astrophytum is the title of my theme behind the Spring/Summer 2021 collection. Astro (star) – phytum (plant), is a genus of cacti native to Mexico and the U.S. The collection attempts to capture a maximalist aesthetic, inspired by the desert plants & landscape. Wrinkles and crimps will be used to mimic the unique surface texture of the rocks and cacti, whereas botanic dyes will be used to create natural colorations as seen in the clouds painting.
